PROJECTS
Technology, industrial markets, energy and international business.
My professional work combines technical analysis with practical business activity, particularly in industrial materials, energy, international trade, market development and new-business strategy.
01
Industrial Materials & International Trade
Cross-border commercial activity linking producers, suppliers and industrial customers.
I am involved in the international trade of petrochemicals, polymers, industrial chemicals, fertilizers and mineral materials.
Much of this work connects markets and industrial partners across the Middle East, CIS countries and Europe.
My role typically lies at the intersection of technical understanding and commercial execution: evaluating products and suppliers, understanding specifications and end-use requirements, identifying markets, coordinating sourcing and logistics, and supporting negotiations between producers, traders and industrial buyers.
I am especially interested in transactions where product knowledge, supply-chain structure and technical-commercial judgement are as important as price.
SECTORS
REGIONS
02
Solar Energy & Distributed Power
A long-standing technical interest connecting physics, energy systems and practical deployment.
Golestan Province · 2019
Early residential solar deployment
In 2019, I installed and owned what was registered as the first household solar power plant in Golestan Province, Iran.
My interest in solar energy grew naturally from my academic background in physics and optics, but has increasingly developed toward practical photovoltaic systems, energy performance and distributed generation.
PV Diagnostics
Performance analysis, underproduction detection, mismatch, inverter behaviour and technical-loss identification.
Operation & Maintenance
Monitoring, preventive inspection, performance benchmarking and troubleshooting of photovoltaic plants.
PV + Energy Storage
Technical evaluation of photovoltaic systems combined with batteries, load management and distributed energy applications.
Industrial Energy
Applying measurement and analytical methods to energy consumption, losses, system efficiency and investment decisions.
03
Entrepreneurship & New Business Development
Structuring new ventures from the initial idea through strategy, market entry and execution.
I advise and contribute to the development of new businesses, particularly where a venture requires a combination of technical understanding, commercial analysis and international market knowledge.
My approach is to move beyond the business idea itself and examine whether the proposed activity has a defensible market position, realistic supply structure, viable economics and an execution model appropriate to the target country and industry.
This work can include early-stage market assessment, product and supplier selection, business-model development, commercial positioning, partnership strategy, international sourcing and operational planning.
Opportunity
Define the problem, demand, customer and actual commercial opportunity.
Market
Assess competitors, market structure, geography and entry conditions.
Economics
Evaluate margins, capital requirements, operating costs and financial risks.
Execution
Build the sourcing, partnership, logistics and operating model required to launch.
04
Technical & Commercial Project Work
Projects where engineering judgement and business decisions need to be considered together.
Market Entry & International Sourcing
Evaluation of suppliers, products, target markets and commercial routes for companies entering new countries or developing new supply chains.
Industrial Materials
Technical-commercial assessment of polymers, chemicals, additives, petrochemical products, fertilizers and mineral-based industrial materials.
Energy & PV Performance
Technical analysis of photovoltaic systems, generation losses, plant performance, storage integration and industrial energy use.
Trade & Logistics Coordination
Cross-border coordination involving producers, buyers, transport companies, documentation, transit routes and multi-country commercial structures.
05
Working Approach
A technical and analytical approach to commercial problems.
Start with the technical, industrial and market fundamentals rather than assumptions.
Use data, specifications, performance indicators and financial parameters to support decisions.
A technically attractive solution must also work within supply, logistics, market and financial constraints.
Strategy is useful only when it can be translated into suppliers, contracts, operations and measurable results.
